I struggled mentally last week. Started off great. Then stopped working out on Wednesday and let my diet slip a little. I'm glad that I didn't gain!! Got a new treadmill yesterday (thank you Craigslist!!). So, that should be a great addition to my BB programs. Back to the grind this week!
