I was on holiday! I spent a week in Tobago eating whatever I wanted, snorkeling, swimming, walking, lazing on the beach and just unwinding in my own way. I haven't stepped on the scale yet and I don't plan to for another 2 weeks. Back on the healthy horse...let's go! :)
