Thank heavens the drama and anxiety of the last year is over. Jury got their instructions at 10:30am and came back with 12 guilty verdicts at 1pm! When the last verdict was read,the real personality showed up. He grabbed the water pitcher off the table and threw it at the judge. Was screaming and calling all of us filthy names. Tried to jump over the defense table, but the bailiff and 3 SWAT members took him down handcuffed him and hauled him out. Didn't realize that he could still bond out until his sentencing date, but the judge bumped up his bail so high no bail bondsman will take the risk. Our district attorney is pretty old and I was afraid he could have a heart attack. Certainly scared the bejesus out of me. Thanked the prosecutors for all they did. Now that neighborhood and we can get back to living a way less stressful life. Might even help me get better focused on my health journey.
