So, I have been MIA with my journal entries...that is because I usually don't write or log my weight in mother nature visits because its a waste of time and effort and makes me look like I've gained weight when really mother nature is just one thirsty water holding chic.

So I probably won't weigh in again until I have gone below where I previously was again...which tells me the water hogging is complete and I can appreciate my efforts for another 4 weeks.

Anywho, Happy Thursday and Happy eating all!

That is a really great idea! There is no point in being discouraged by gaining weight one week, only to lose it the next week!
