It's super easy to make, fernie. Peel and shred a carrot, peel and shred a beet, and toss together with 2 tablespoons raisins and half a tablespoon each of olive oil and apple cider vinegar. That's all it was.

HotEdwin - When I used Atkins 2010 Book there was a chart with that information for you. Meat, Pork Chops, Turkey, Fish would be a good start. Green Veggies. Water. Avoid refined flour products and sugar of course.

sugarplum -- I almost never eat meat and am eliminating all other animal products, so I'll put in a vote for non-starchy veggies. Some are remarkably high in their proportion of protein -- broccoli, for example. Obviously, you're not going to get your daily protein needs from broccoli, because you couldn't eat that much, but it has a high proportion of protein. Leafy greens, too. Not entirely sure about avocados on the carb front, but they're mostly fat, so might meet your needs. Raw unsalted nuts might work. I can't vouch completely for avocados and nuts, because I don't limit carbs, so I don't pay much attention. There are a few "vegan vs keto" kind of wars out there, but Christopher Gardner, a researcher at Stanford, pointed out that all these diets (I guess, except for carnivore) have two common threads: avoid processed foods and eat some green veggies 👍😊
