I am continuing to try and shake things up a little bit here. The dairy may be a problem so I am reducing that a bit to see what happens. No cream in my coffee this morning and reducing the amount of cheese that I eat to see if that helps any. I'm still in ketosis so I know that my carb level isn't too high. I walked yesterday and today is my kettlebell day so I am keeping my metabolism revved up. I just have to outwait this darn stall.
Life continues to be a bustle of activity here. I have lots of new things to learn out here on the farm. Looks like today's lesson will be loading a haywagon with the skid loader, for a hay pickup for tomorrow. Jeff just keeps cracking the whip here at me. Its all good except the housework is suffering. Housekeeping isn't my strong suit anyways so any excuse to keep me outdoors is wonderful.
Every day is an adventure! Who needs to go to a theme park to make life exciting.

I've started cutting my coffee creamer down to 1 tbsp instead of the 3 or 4 I used to use. It's an adjustment, but I still love my coffee!

I don't mind it black. I usually drink the first cup with cream and then as I refill the cup I don't add more so I thought I would try and see if maybe the dairy might be making me stall a bit. Like you, I gotta have my coffee. I don't even like to talk in the morning until I have at least one cup. Then my brain cells seem to fire!

The two things that have been wicked hard for me is trying to give up cream in my coffee and changing my salad dressing to a lower calorie dressing. I just bought the fat free cream and am hoping that it will taste good enough to make me forget the real stuff. I bought Hood.
