I tried a little more last week. worked out 5 times and tried to cut down on the carbs. my mental state is really affecting my discipline, but my "why" will keep me going. pray for me.

@BesteKat I hope you heal from whatever is hurting you @WendyWeighs58 you've been doing great, it's not always easy but you have been doing stellar. Showing up for yourself is all we can ask for. chin up.

Wendy, you don't need to cut carbs. In fact, it's more unhealthy than it is helpful to your weightloss. Your body needs it. Your body needs carbs and fats, along with protein. Cutting out food groups is what makes us lose control and over eat and binge. Also, if you are working out, you ABSOLUTELY need carbs !

Wendy please take it 1 step at a time and build from there. In my experience I crashed and burned by cutting out too much at once
