staying the same weight, watching what I eat and exercising a few times a week. Working so hard during the day, I barely have time to eat anything, so I'm confused as to why I maintain the same weight. I miss when I was in my 20's and could eat anything I wanted and never gain a lb. I'll keep at it, if anyone has suggestions, feel free to reply, my diet is out for all to see.

It will happen. Keep doing whatyou are supposed to be doing and it will happen. You may want to try adding a fruit, and an additional protein with breakfast. I eat a larger breakfast and then slowly reduce my calorie intake for lunch and supper. Plus I make sure to stay within a certain # of calories and drink that water -64 fl oz - not counting the Dandy Blend and herbal teas I drink during the day.
