Today's meals has been froyo loops with 2% reduced fat milk and lunch has been a large grilled chicken salad. I have been trying new ways to eat better. Especially when it comes to my eating habits. I had been watching how much salad dressing I use or how much breads I'm eating, etc. This journey isn't easy. Although I wish it was as easy as slicing pie. It's not unfortunately. But what has been working for me here recently is saying no to a lot of bad foods and yes to all the good ones. That's been so tough to do since temptation is on every corner.
