Went to the hospital today with chest pains and it was just angina attack which means that I have plaque build up in my arteries. It could have been an heart attack thankfully it's not. I stopped eating any fat, well maybe ever once in two to three weeks. It said I weighted 415 and last week it said 414. Last month when I went to the doctors it was 418 so I am going down a little at a time.
