I've had issues on the phone. If I'm typing the description and switch tabs to another app then come back to publish the photo it never works. Also if my phone orientation (vertical/horizontal) changes mid post I lose the post as well. It can be quite frustrating.

Always happens to me (on the phone). I had to do at least twice, I copied the desc. the first time then just paste it back if it fails.
