So take note. If you look at my food journal you'll see that I have so NOT taken on the sugar issue.

Also, I have thought that I needed to do something different since I was so close to my goal, all my research had me trying all sorts of wonkey stuff.

I'm going to keep my daily green smoothie, I completely believe in what it is doing for my overall health. Other than that I am going back to what I know. 1200 calories or less a day. Exercise.

With this i know I cannot fail. And Failure is NOT an option.
