Hi Obt, thank you for checking in. I have been using the app to keep track of my food most days but haven't been reading or posting much. I am doing great with no drinking, one year is 8 days. I can't believe it. Thanks again for checking in. I am going to go stalk your page now to see how you have been!

Yes that makes me so happy I knew it had to be getting close to 1 year !!! I hope it's gotten easier at this point. I've been alright life is hectic but im surviving lol.

🙂thanks I'm doing alright feeling pretty defeated and dumb for being in denial of what I should have known for a long time but I'll survive and move onto the next chapter. Hope your doing well too and again Thank you for your genuine support and concern it's part of what convinced me to come back
