I had expected my weight to be down by now... Actually, I had a little "blip" and my weight went up two pounds, but I forgot to record it on here. Oh well. I had actually followed my dietitian's advice and bumped up my calories to 1200 for about three days, well... I gained two pounds. Went back to my old ways... lost the two pounds in two days. So I'm back to what I was doing in the first place. Eating 900 calories or less. That was what got me from 171 lbs. to where I am now (139.5 lbs.)
I'm 5'4" and my dietitian wants me to maintain around 135 or so. I'm almost there. I'm not pleased with how I look whatsoever. I mean, people tell me that I look "great", but I just see flab when I look in the mirror. I want to lose another 25 lbs. or more. That would make me much happier.
