Weight still up some. Today is gym day! They open at 11 today, so I plan to be there bright and early at that time. After that I'll have a pin code to access the gym any time of the day. I'll either be working out after I drop the youngest kid off at school in the morning, or closer to lunchtime. Basically, I'd hit the gym, then go get in the monstrously long pick up like and eat lunch while waiting for kid pickup to begin. I'm usually up there 40-60 before the line starts moving. Otherwise I'm like 2miles back in the line. Not exaggerating. It's ridiculous. Personally I'm leaning towards the first thing in the morning, but my oldest kid will have to get up and be motivated to get her school work done.
Until Friday, I'm going to mostly be walking on the treadmill at the gym. I might try a few of the machines that focus on arms/shoulders and shouldn't irritate the disc in my lower back.
Extra plans for this week: Pool store, blood work for the doc, meeting the physical therapist on Friday to help figure out a good workout routine that works with my back issues.
