well healthy eating today has consisted of oatibix that didnt stay long rice snack and 2 slices of toast that didnt stay long starving but darent eat anything :( hope i lose something through this lol

Wishing you the best in your journey...may I suggest some veggies or fruit to help fill you a little longer and they are low in calories. Also lean protein will help to stave off the hunger. Oh.....and don't forget soup, any broth based one will be a good friend on your journey.
