Calorie counting is the most frustrating part of this journey so Ive decided to just try to be as healthy as possible and just pray its low calorie lmao. (Also, random question, do you guys use preworkout? Considering it for cardio because its haaard)

Rather just google low calorie foods and make most of your meals from those and be cautious of quantity/serving size. As for preworkouts, most on the market will provide a perceived boost of energy through caffeine which you can get for cheaper elsewhere and shouldn't depend on. Preworkouts are mostly targeted to weight and resistance trainers. I love the stuff though so if you want then go for it

@dustin.edward (sorry I don't know how to tag people on here so I wrote it out) - I decided to try out a thermogenic pre workout from Biogen. Tbh, I don't know if it's a placebo effect but I was able to complete more workouts than usual :)

pre workout can definitely help but beware of cardio. if your heart rate enters a certain zone you actually start stressing your body out which releases cortisol and it stops fat burning and encourages fat storage! HIIT training is the best coupled with heavy weight training!
