I haven't recorded my food and exercise after binging in the morning. It was a great week and a bit of lots of clean eating and visible progress with my weight, but after not logging my stats (or maybe that was partially the reason why) my willpower went down quite a bit.
Today caught up with friends and scoffed down donuts, sushi, half a burger and some fries. Went light on dinner, and upped the exercise a bit. Clocked in at 53.2kg so far, an increase of 0.6kg from yesterday.
Hoping to start fresh again tomorrow. New week, new mindset!
