I ate way to many smores last night. Three in all. They were delicious...but now the guilt has set in. This morning we went and saw the $5 movie. We saw xmen..and it was AWESOME! But...I do fricking love the comic books...so I might be a bit biased. I had a soft pretzel because that's pretty much the only thing that I want at the movies.

Michael hurt himself at the bbq last night. He was hosing around with the kids and landed wrong and hurt his hip. I am helping him out (for a change!) and I'm being his legs for a couple of days. That's a good thing..I need to work off those smores! lol. I'm also gonna clean for a bit today. At least a half hours worth. I only have four more pounds until I'm offically down 4...count it...4 dress sizes from my biggest size.

You're doing great Bekka! If you only have 1 day a week where you eat more than what you think, that's a real way to live! You're developing sustainable eating habits, which is amazing!
