My husband had to go into work early tonight so I tagged along even though I didn't need to be there for another 4 hours (we work together). I planned on going into the back office and catching a nap there, but instead I walked over to the gym and hit the treadmill for 45 minutes (we work on an Air Force Base so there is one right next door to our building). I was pretty proud of myself for choosing the gym over a nap. I am down about 6lbs now, and even though I know its water weight, it feels pretty good :)
