Planning free day Sunday instead of Saturday, so I can attend Rosh Hashanah dinner.
Saturday may go to music festival, but will need to avoid all the festival foods. Plan: eat big meal at 5, go to festival at 6 until 9.
Saturday a.m., do a long walk, the one with hilly terrain.
Today I may need to rest, did walk and lower body resistance yesterday.
Tomorrow, upper body resistance. Noticing benefits from working out, still need 3 more weeks to make this a habit. MWF working well for me.
Short term goal, hopefully by Sunday: see 275 on the scale. That will reassure me that the 6 planned days/1 free day regimen is working. It's slower than 7 planned days, but that is by design.
I am okay with 1 lb/week loss if it is steady. It may be preferable to 2 or 3 lb/week loss, as healthy and more sustainable.
