Not down as much as I would like this week but still down. I am focusing on the positives. I have been working out a lot more and I can really tell the difference in the way my clothes fit. I am also sleeping a lot better.

The big challenge this weekend will be on Saturday when I go to a family birthday party where they will be serving Barbeque from one of my favorite restaurants. I will definitely need some self control. The exciting part of the weekend is seeing everyone that I haven't seen for 3 months since I started losing weight. I know I am doing this for me and not for them but I cannot wait to see their reactions (at least I hope they notice). If they don't notice I won't let it get me down.
