Even though I just played and walked and worked out this afternoon, I somehow didn't burn the same amount of calories I *supposedly* burn just being at work on a Saturday. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I'm on my feet at work for over 8 hours on a Saturday. (Most of it is just standing and walking slowly, but hey, exercise is exercise!)

But I lifted some weights today - 5 and 7lbs. And I plan on having a crazy cardio day tomorrow.

Oh, and I have discovered I am no good at jogging. I can walk quickly and I can ride quickly and skate too, but running anywhere feels...not right. Maybe I'm wearing the wrong kind of bra. Or the wrong kind of shoes. But I'll stick with fast walking and riding my bike. It's working for me right now. I'll re-evaluate in another month.
