Another 1.2 lbs bites the dust. I am positive that I will reach my goal of 160 lb by June! My next goal will be 150 lb by September.
I am really getting into the working out this time around. At work I find myself thinking about what workout I want to do when I get home (cardio, weight training etc) Who needs workout DVD's when you have a smart TV and youtube. I am really enjoying Jackie Warner's videos. They are challenging but not too long and even better her voice doesn't annoy me. LOL.
