Wow... I've basically had zero progress in 3 months. The good news is that I've been jogging just enough, and watching what I eat just enough to keep myself in some sort of maintenance mode - unintentionally of course!
I have 52 days until I board my cruise ship, 48 days until I get on an airplane for another country... that's 48 days that I have to get my @$$ in gear. Seriously! I have this wild imagination that REALLY WANTS for me to have a bikini body and to be THAT GIRL that just looks comfortable in her skin. I want to drape myself in any sheet and just look good in it. Is that just asking for too much!? Yes. I know. But I still want it SO BAD.
I'm smaller than I've been since I was 21. That is something that I am very proud of. I still have fat rolls, wide hips, a big butt and belly issues all day long. Another 10 lbs will really help with that. So I have a new short term goal: 10 pounds, 48 days, it is totally possible.

drop your current calories by 300/day. Do cleanse/detox every 5 days and start doing HIIT. If you need more help message me.

You can do it! Keep your eye on the prize! Write down your goals, how your are going to get there, plan your snacks and meals so you don't make poor choices when your hungry, and schedule your workouts! You wouldn't miss an appointment, so treat your workouts the same way!
