Finished the day at 1,370 calories. I had planned to have 500 calories more than that. Had 2-oz Turkey breast, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup stuffing, 1/3 cup gravy, 1/3 cup Five-Cup Salad, 1/3 cup Pepper Jack Macaroni & Cheese and 1/3 cup candied yams. Only had 84g of crème brûlée for dessert. I was just too full - or too tired to try any of the other offerings: Rum Cake, Buttermilk Pie, Chocolate Chess Pie, Gingersnap Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Pecan Pie, Cinnamon Roll Pie. Thankfully, I did not have any trouble swallowing! The turkey I made was moist and tender with a crispy skin (which I didn’t eat). My favorite thing was the Amaretto-flavored yams my SIL made.
