Well, my husband forgot that I have developed a lactose intolerance today. I came home to a beautiful supper of pasta and a very rich, homemade Alfredo sauce - made with heavy cream. Needless to say, I had a very interesting session at the gym this evening. Especially with the “push” exercises. 😳
