Had been having a GREAT week...but then yesterday had a very difficult time due to circumstances. Two of my Senior girls from the Sunday School class that I teach wanted to go to lunch...they chose a Japanese Steakhouse...although I stayed within my allotted calories and walked extra to help...the food is full of sodium and I have a lot of water retention, which caused my weight to go up from yesterday. :(
BUT...we are making a series of GOOD choices...so today is a new day of GOOD choices. However, I am extremely concerned about the weekend...we will be out of town at my Mother in Laws...and I will be at the mercy of her menu choices...ugh.
