I wonder if I should eat more protein? I do seem inclined to lose more weight when I'm hammering the protein. Thing is it's got a bit warmer now and I'm not eating so much of anything, note the last few days. I'll hammer the salmon and chicken breast today, see if that makes a difference. Oddly I'm not peeing a lot so far today despite it's CN tomorrow.
