Down another .6 lbs. The least I have been down in one week but a loss is a loss. 150's here I come.

I will confess that I haven't exercised for three days so that may be the cause of the slow down in weight loss this week. Circumstances got in the way of exercising with one of those days being because I was just too lazy. I told my husband to get on my case about working out. I don't want to fall back into old habits and I feel that starting to happen like it has happened in the past. I will get up early tomorrow morning to exercise even though I have the day off of work (4 day weekend, Yippee) as we have to be out of the house by mid-morning.

Now off to work. Very glad that it is my "friday'!
