The week is going well. I'm not measuring out my foods yet, just focusing on whole and natural ingredients.
Avoiding all processed foods. Anything with an ingredient I can't pronounce. Pretty much anything from a box lol. Sticking with whole and naturally sourced ingredients.
Paying attention to the rhythms of my body. Eating when hungry. Stopping when full. Sounds so normal, but it's crazy how often we go past what's needed simply because it's on the plate. You can always save some for later:)
