No change in weight for my "official" weigh in this morning, but I am wearing a pair of slacks that were too tight just one week ago. Also my rings are nice and loose on my fingers. Sometimes I don't need the scale to tell me I am doing well.

Sometimes even better once you lose more and those goal pants are falling off!! I found it interesting that my pants would be sliding down and the scale hadn't moved in a while then all of a sudden it would drop several pounds.

GET OFF THE SCALE!!! You are absolutely right. loose pants, tape measure, etc. You may even gain some muscle ...
