Thanks for asking Watchy71…just the standard healthy 1500 calories a day and 50000 steps a week….the important words are proper healthy

I'm the same but my liver scans are atrocious for visceral fat. I keep trying to be good, but I'm so bad! If you don't mind I might lean on you for encouragement! You seem to be better at this than me!
