Up some this morning. I just increased the glycopyrrolate to two pills a day, and I think they make me retain water (their purpose is to keep me from sweating profusely). Makes sense.

If I stick perfectly to my meal plan today and tomorrow, I will finish the week at 1,599 average calories per day - right where I wanted it to be. Next week, I’m shooting for under 1.500; and the following week, I’m going to try to set a new lowest calorie consumption (below 1,439, going to dry to stay at 1,425). Already put my daughter on notice to NOT give me any more crème brûlée for at least two weeks.

Sounds good Debbie, just don't go too low, you'll put your body in starvation mode.
