Wrong direction. I was so good about recording my intake for months but got tired of it and have drifted away from it. But if I want to get under 200 lbs., I have to accept the difficulty of the task and begin recording what I eat again. I also think I need to change my weighing in frequencey from once a week on Sunday's to more frequently -- like ever third day. I think with weighing in only once a week I think I can "catch up" on a calorie deficit but the numbers show that is not working.
