at this time - my weekly high is 156, and weekly low is 153. calories have crept up to about 1900 a week. protein average is about 130's. paying more attention to fiber numbers trying to hit 30g a day. no changes in levels of activity. continue to exercise daily, strict diet all week and diet cheat days on saturdays.

not looking forward to time change this coming weekend. always affects the body.
