Much better day today, still having some issues with the application but I went on IE8 and was able to change my settings!!! hip hip hooray. Just tried a recipe for mashed cauliflower and I loved it, I could not follow the recipe to the letter since I had no cream cheese but even so it was good!!! I still need to get a scale, I hope to get one payday Thursday, hope it gives me some good news! Several people did reply to my post for buddies so I do not feel so alone now, thank you all!!!! Still sticking to the low carbs and low calories with success. No slips yet. Also I have missed snacking foods like potato chips but figured out I can have Chicharones!!! Feeling good today, a little more hopeful
