Down 50% of my weight loss goal. Not trying to hurry it, just staying on my eating schedule, and workout routine. For me the answer is 1 gram of protein for pound of body weight, half that many grams of complex carbohydrates, and reasonable amount of fats. I track overall calories, and almost never go over by more than a few. I believe we all have to discover the the combination that works for us, and remember that weight control is at its root, consuming the number of calories that is needed to create a state of stasis. The emotional component is a whole different discussion 🤨
