Yea, we all have days like that. You need to find your motivation. Try a new plan or a jump start plan. Bob Harper has a 3 week jump start plan on amazon. But lot's of different plans out there. There's a book called "Becks Diet Solution" on amazon too. Check out reviews. It's not a diet, but helps us change the way we think about food and deal with it in tempting situations. Go on pinterest and type in "fitness motivation" for some great pics, quotes and recipes.
