I have not been as consistent with my eating habits since I last weighed in on May 20th but I have been exercising a lot. As of today I have lost .6 lbs compared to my last weigh in. I saw my weight creep up by about 3.5 lbs during the month away but over the past week it has started a downward trend again. It just showed me how easily I can get off track. I don't know how much more weight I can lose or how much more I want to lose. I definitely do not want to gain it back so I am dedicating myself to at least maintaining my weight at this time but if I lose more great and if not I will be fine.

I have received a lot compliments this past month on my weight loss. From people shaking their heads in shock, people asking me how I did it (of course I tell them "exercises & eating right. Who knew")and being told I look younger, etc. It feels great when people notice but it feels even better to just "feel better". I am happy, more confident and have more energy!
