Good post. I tend to think that while it is all in the past, did I learn anything from it. History has a way of repeating itself if not.... But the guilt baggage is not something that I choose NOT to carry around with me on my life's journey....and I think that is what the quote is basically telling me.

It's so true, I know I have myself used past decisions as a crutch, almost a benchmark of what I can and can't do. It's crap. Every decision we make is shaped by what we are now, right this moment. It doesnt matter that I screwed up last month, last year. It only matters what I do now.
