A long hiatus since my last journal entry. I got into a very healthy habit of routine with diet and exercise. Ironically, in the best shape of my life and last October had complications from an old J-Pouch surgery and was hospitalized and on bed rest until December.
Subsequent minor surgeries throughout the winter and spring kept me away from the gym and little exercise, I gained 10 lbs and lost a lot of my tone. My chest is flabby again, and it still wasn’t ideal even after two years of workouts. With three weeks til another surgery, my goal for now is to just get down 5 or 10 lbs.
