i'm looking to build a new and improved workout playlist... anyone have suggestions as to what to put on it? i'm pretty much open to anything that makes me want to move.

i do that and find myself fiddling with the ipod more often than i'd like. johnny cash, portishead, and ben folds have their time and place... but it isn't necessarily fitting when i'm trying to motivate.

Yeah I usually stick with the more hardcore stuff when I am working out... usually like MSI or some old metallica to get me moving.

i could do that, i've got my share of slipknot, killswitch, manson, etc.... but lately i've been digging pop. as embarrassed as i am to admit it, there's something about lady gaga that makes me want to kick it into high gear. ha!
