I lost 4.4 lbs (according to my wii) total during my egg/nut fast. Not bad!!! Today I will eat more eggs, but I am sooo looking forward to my steak and salad tonight!!!

I made this crepe recipe today...it originally came from http://www.ibreatheimhungry.com/2014/07/egg-fast-recipe-snickerdoodle-crepes-low-carb.html but I modified it. I used 2 oz cream cheese (i'm sensitive to dairy) and no sweetener at all. I also sprinkled a little more cinnamon and didn't measure it to begin with. I also added a little vanilla. I put the eggs, cinnamon and cheese into a regular blender. I ate 2 and froze the rest. lunch for a few days! i also ate them as pancakes with a crap ton of butter on. I love that ladies blog!!! :)
