looks like you are doing good gradually getting lower numbers! This is my input on emotional eating. Talk to your Dr. about it and get an appetite suppressant for the ruff days. There's nothing wrong with an occasional suppressant as long as you are eating healthy. For me, it just helps me eat with my brain and not let my cravings dictating how I eat.
