Have missed a couple of fast days due to vacation, family visit (unexpected) and hospital visit. I have to plan and execute the plan to fast, and that does not include eating at restaurants and making food for armies. But I'm pleased, I still lost a couple of pounds. I had bi-lateral epidural steroidal injections (say that 3 times real fast) in my pinched nerves in the back yesterday, hoping I can get back to business, exercising and watching my diet.
Not sure if the fasting is what makes this work, or the way it makes you think about the food you eat on regular days. Either day, it's a win.
