I had a nice, active day yesterday! I had been feeling sick all last week so it was my first time back out again which was great. I had a 45 min bike ride around a big lake we live by, although there are no sidewalks anywhere and a busy road on half the route so I will have to modify that route. Then we went to the beach and climbed the sand dunes and swam out deep into Lake Michigan. It was very chilly but the water was nice and clear. Then was some volleyball after that. A great day in all!

Tomorrow I will head out for a run and will be aiming for 8 miles. I will report in afterwards to see if I did it!
