The dew point today is 72 with a stifling 95 degrees and cloudless sun. I sweated like a dog at the gym today and feel quite wiped out. My weight dropped 2.5 pounds from water loss after 75 minutes on the elliptical and 45 minutes of strength training. Looking forward to the cooler days coming soon.
