Day 52. A LOT of protein for breakfast. Oatmeal , 1 egg and turkey sausage. Lunch packed and a 2.25 mile walk completed before work. Tonight is grill night . Cooking boneless skinless chicken thighs for the next 3 days meals. Tomorrow will be a busy day at work. I will be on my feet ALL day as we are giving away a car to a lucky winner for a charity raffle. Hoping for a milestone weigh in next Wednesday. Eye on the prize everyone!! One day at a time!!
