Hi, I stopped tracking my calorie intake after I reached my goal and now I am gaining quickly. I am up at least 3 puonds and 1/2 inch on hips, thighs, and an inch on my waist. Its so hard to get back into the habit but I have to or I will grow out of my new skinny pants. Please help me to get back on track with your support, Thanks.

You are inspiring me with your success. I know you want to not gain so just try to add a 200 cals extra a day until you find you are maintaining. This is what I should have done but by completely not tracking I have gone way over board with the extras.

Thanks so much with your kind words. I'm no where near confident enough to stop tracking my calories as I fear I'll start gaining again. I know what you mean about the extras, it's so tempting and hard to resist, so what I'm doing is to allow myself a treat on Fridays which is when we usually go downtown to the pubs. Last week it was chicken wings, maybe pizza this week. Maybe thats a strategy you may find satisfying. I have added a banana to my breakfast which has boosted my cals by an ave 150.

Its very difficult when so many "treats" pop up daily, a little slice of pie which everyone is having a piece of. For me I think I have to go cold turkey and say no to all snacks and desserts offered. I have to bring my own low cal snacks, plan and try to bank calories for a little extra on the weekends. I did it before and it worked so I have to get back on track. Thanks for your support.
